To join Fanzone TV, click on the “Join” button in the top right-hand corner of the home page. Then follow the instructions to create your personal account.

Q3. How can I watch live matches on Fanzone TV?

To watch matches live on Fanzone TV, all you need to do is register on the platform, purchase access to the match of your choice (if the match is pay-per-view), and log in during the live broadcast.

Q4. What types of content are available on Fanzone TV in addition to live matches?

Fanzone TV offers a variety of content, including:

• Live and archive men’s and women’s football matches.
• Live and archive futsal matches.

Q5. Are all live matches on Fanzone TV paid for?

No, live matches can be free or pay-per-view, depending on the choices made by the rights holders. Some matches may be accessible free of charge, while others will require a purchase to access.

Q6. How does the geo-blocking service on Fanzone TV work?

The geo-blocking service enables rights holders to control the availability of their content in specific countries and geographical areas. This service ensures that content is available where rights have been granted.

Q7. On how many screens can I watch programs?

It is possible to watch a program on a single main device (phone or computer screen) with the same user account. If a TV has just been connected to your device via internal sharing between the 2 devices ( principal and TV), it will be authorized.

If the user account has opened the same program on a 2nd device, then the broadcast will be stopped on the 1st device and given over to the last device connected.

Q8. Can I watch Fanzone TV on different devices?

Yes, Fanzone TV is compatible with a variety of devices, including computers, tablets and smartphones. You can watch your favorite content wherever you are.

Q9. How can I contact Fanzone TV technical support if I have a problem?

Q10. How do I watch on a TV?

The application supports Chromecast functionality, enabling you to share video from your application on your TV equipped with a Chromecast-compatible device. Make sure you’ve connected your device and TV to the same network.

Apple Airplay is not supported (yet), but you can also use the screen sharing features, which will reduce the quality of the video.

Q11. I’ve subscribed but the program is blocked?

If the content you are trying to watch is blocked by a message inviting you to subscribe when you have already subscribed, please check the following steps:
• Close the browser or application and relaunch to refresh access rights
• Check in MY ACCOUNT that the login email used is the same as the one used when you subscribed, by comparing it with your purchase receipt. If necessary, log out and log back in with the correct account.
• Check that you have subscribed to the right offer.
If the problem persists, please contact support via the application.

Q12. I have video reception problems?

If the quality of the video displayed is poor, with cuts or video blocks, please take the following steps:
• Check the quality of your network connection, you can run a speed test – from https://www.speedtest.net/ for example – and make sure the result is higher than 2Mo/sec. If the result is lower, please switch to another network connectivity: wired, wifi or 4G/5G.
• Check if the problem persists on another device with the same account.
• Restart the application or web browser to clear up any potential memory problems. Restarting the device may help you get back on a sound footing.

Q13: I’m having login problems or have lost my password.

If you created your account via a connection with one of our partners: Google / Facebook / Apple, please use the corresponding button to log in with the partner’s password. Fanzone TV does not manage or store these partner passwords.
In case you registered via another email, please use the “forgot password” button on the login page, you will receive an email inviting you to update your password.

Q14. Does Fanzone TV offer social media sharing?

No, Fanzone TV does not offer social media sharing features due to broadcast rights constraints.
